Hello world.... happy to be here.

As you can see we are learning and learning and then learning some more.. So i will stop reapeting myself now, since you can all see that i am slowly getting "there"..

Best option for me so far and i promise i will let you know as i get to finish assessing others, where to go next with integrity. Everyone can go everywhere, i did that and still do some days, although less as i am learning more about the efficiency and integrity of those who are mentoring me. So as my trust improves i shall report to you and give you my best recommendations as we go along. Trying to slow down on chocolate, they'll have me believe that the chocolate stuff is good for me.... Yeah, right, on whose planet?  Of course i do use that as an excuse often to eat it, so help here a little and let's boost my confidence instead and i'll probabbly need less chocolate.. ha, ha, ha....

Do yourself a favour and give a smile to someone, anyone, especially you, yourself: smile is ten times approximately better then a frown; it does good stuff to your facial muscles and of course while you are smiling the frown dissappears. Cool, ha? Who would have thought a simple SMILE  could be that powerful??
